The flight arrangements made by them on your behalf are subject to your prior approval and will not be completed without that prior approval. The actual flight arrangements are based upon information supplied by you, which we assume to be accurate. We assume no responsibility or liability of any kind regarding any choices made by you, irrespective of whether the travel services arranged by us on your behalf are used or not used by you, or for any changes in the nature, price structure, business status or any other change made by the airlines and which may affect you.
We do not, will not, and by your acceptance of this text, you confirm that we have not suggested in any way any other arrangements such as the choice of medical facilities, professionals, paraprofessionals, procedures or any arrangements other than those directly concerning travel.
By your acceptance of this text, you hereby renounce to any and all claims against Imperial and agree to warrant and save Imperial harmless from and against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever which may be brought against Imperial by third parties also benefited and/or affected by the travel arrangements made by us.
